Job Title: Project EngineerJob Description:The Project Engineer will be more hands-on on the job site than the Project Manager (PM), acting as the eyes and ears for the PM on every project. They will typically manage 2 to 3 jobs simultaneously, which may range from a $10 million to a $50 million project.Growth Opportunities:The company values internal growth and provides opportunities for Project Engineers to advance quickly, potentially faster than with competitors like DeSilva or Top Grade. If capable, individuals can progress within three years.Team Structure:The Project Engineer will work with an Area Manager and Operations Manager, alongside 3 to 4 PMs in the Bay Area, each managing two projects.Qualifications:A degree is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with field experience who may not hold a degree are also encouraged to apply.Compensation:The salary ranges from $80K to $90K, accompanied by a truck, gas card, medical benefits, and a quarterly bonus structure ranging from $4K to $8K for the year.
