This Human Resources Generalist Position Features: Great Pay to $60K This HR Generalist Position Features: Variety of Duties Great Pay to $60K Human Resources Analyst - Description: Seeking an HR Professional to assist with a classification, compensation, and FLMA review. Will also assist other units within the Human Resources Office as necessary including the Workers' Compensation Unit and the Pay and Benefits Unit. Duties will include but are not limited to: *Gather employees times-sheets and maintain/update/reconcile employees leave and accounting records *Maintain employees employment records(personnel, benefit and payroll files) *Prepare new hire, separation packets and retirement packets *Assist with coordination of the open enrollment benefits fair, workshops and seminars *Maintain and order benefits forms and brochures *Complete and process payroll/benefits forms *Maintain I-9 forms Maintain and distribute unemployment forms and billing Assist in preparing correspondences related to employees pay and benefits(collecting salary over-payments, garnishments, notice of step increases, COBRA etc..) Equivalent to an associate degree, preferably with major course work in personnel, public or business administration and two years of experience organizing, analyzing and performing human resources payroll and benefits administration.
