Job Description:
We are seeking a Billing/Collections candidate with Construction
industry experience. A strong knowledge if Quickbooks is
mandatory.
DUTIES
Prepare invoices payables, reimbursements and credit cards for data
entry
Assign Purchase Orders, verify backups, obtain approvals
Heavy Collections
Filing, faxing, coping, answering phones and any other general
administrative duties
Participate in continuous improvement of processes in the
office
Position Requirements:
Previous work experience in a construction company preferred
MS Office and Quickbooks are required.
Excellent customer service, written and oral communication
skills.
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
