Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Internal Communications to
promote a positive organizational culture and manage internal
communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute internal communications strategies in alignment
with organizational goals
Prepare communications content for staff and leadership, including
executive announcements
Manage internal communications platforms and report on
communication effectiveness
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant internal communications experience in a
medium to large-size organization
Bachelor's degree in communications or related field, or equivalent
work experience
Experience managing content on an intranet platform
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Adept at learning various technologies and tools for effective
communication
