a strategic and hands-on Senior Operations Manager to oversee team
operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience
across multiple teams. Reporting to the Vice President of
Operations, you'll focus on supporting team managers and building
new, improved processes to maintain consistency in patient care and
optimize workflows. This role emphasizes high-level oversight,
process enhancement, and cross-functional coordination.In this
position, you'll work closely with engineering and product teams to
identify and implement new features that drive operational
efficiency. You'll be responsible for auditing processes, analyzing
data, and refining team workflows to support a patient-centric
