Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ecommerce Support Representative to
provide technical support to dispensaries and consumers in the
cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in the ECommerce platform, supporting legal
cannabis markets
Assist customers via email, phone, and live chat while
troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Test solutions for emerging issues and contribute feedback for
platform development
Required Qualifications
1+ years in a customer support role
Proficiency in web-based software, CRMs, and Google Suite
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experience in the legal cannabis market or customer support team is
a plus
Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom is a
bonus
