Job Description:
Forward is on a bold mission to make high-quality healthcare

world's most advanced healthcare platform from the ground up,
combining hardware, software, and doctors under one roof.As an
analyst on our Central Ops team, you'll have a key role in
rebuilding our country's most important and most broken industry
from first principles. More specifically, you will play an
important role in helping our team hit aggressive retention goals
to prove out the effectiveness of our membership model.You
Will:
- Design the analytical and data framework to identify retention
improvement opportunities, anticipate challenges and help the team
drive/track performance.
- Own retention reporting (one of our top 3 company priority
metrics) to frame the health of the business, track the success of
our initiatives, and distill insights into a clear and compelling
narrative.
- Take responsibility for the team's experimentation architecture
by leveraging statistical approaches that allow us to iterate
faster and accelerate the rate at which we increase retention and
ultimately improve healthcare.
- Illuminate the strategic implications from your insights to
make sure we're making the right decisions for the business and for
our members.
- Work with cross functional teams of product managers,
designers, doctors, 3rd party providers, and other operators to
build truly world class experiences around our clinical
programs.You Are:

comfortable with advanced modeling and data manipulation in
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Looker, SQL, Tableau, etc. You are
comfortable with data visualization, which helps you communicate
complex concepts through simple graphs / charts / visuals.
- Strategic: You aren't just good with numbers, but you are
highly strategic and know how to tell a story with data that
influences decision-making and steers the company to make good,
data-driven investments.
- User-obsessed: You are deeply empathetic, constantly putting
yourself in the shoes of our members.
- A Problem Solver: You've solved ambiguous and analytically
complex problems, and are always looking for a new challenge.
- Process-oriented: You have exceptional organizational skills
and enjoy building scalable operational processes.Minimum
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required
- 3+ years of analytical experience
- Deep quantitative background with responsibility for large data
sets, complex analyses, and statistical rigor
- Experience with data access tools (e.g. Looker, SQL)
requiredPreferred Qualifications:
- STEM degrees preferred
- Startup experience or roles that interfaced with product
helpful
- Experience with Tableau, R, Python preferredThe base salary
range for this full-time position is $75,000-$220,000, plus equity
and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the
minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position
across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is
determined by factors including job-related skills, experience,
