opportunities?The Market Access Operations Associate is responsible
for managing a variety of essential tasks within the Market Access
department. This position requires strong organizational skills,
critical thinking, and attention to detail. This position must
maintain and track projects, timelines, and datasets. It will also
collaborate within Market Access and across other departments to
achieve shared project goals. There is potential for a management
title depending on experience or growth in the position. The Market
Access Operations Associate will report directly to the Sr.
Director of Market Access Strategy, Pricing, and
Contracting.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Project
Management & Organization
- Establish relationships with internal Market Access
stakeholders to ensure alignment with their business
priorities.
- Partner with the legal team to track SOW and contract renewals
on a timely basis.
- Partner with the finance team to track and maintain the budgets
for market access, ensuring resources are allocated accurately in
line with the department budget and individual Product Gross to Net
budgets.
- Review Market Access invoices submitted for accuracy and track
spend in budget.
- Maintain shared department resources such as Team Calendars,
Project Management tools, Shared Documents and Folders and ensure
content is up-to-date, accurate, and organized.
- Assist in developing content for ad hoc projects and
initiatives such as Pricing Committee meetings, quarterly business
reviews, National Sales Meetings, etc. as appropriate.Market Access
Data Management
- Manage internal data and tracking needs related to the payer
team and market access contract performance. Create regular
reporting, as required, to communicate progress, issues, and
gaps.
- Assist Business Operations with data quality initiatives in the
reporting platforms.
- Routinely monitor data portals for changes and ensure all
internal documents are updated with current data for Rigel brands
and competitive brands.Commercial & Promotional Tools Management
- Work with the Marketing Department and Market Access team to
create and review promotional materials in alignment with market
access strategies and within Rigel compliance guidelines.
- Manage and monitor existing Market Access promotional assets
and renew or expire as needed. This may include resources for the
sales team, the market access team, or other pieces as required
such pricing transparency requirements.
- Comply with all Rigel Company Policies while embracing the Core
Values.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., math, business, life
sciences, healthcare). Advanced degree a plus.
- Strong organization and analytical skills with the ability to
maintain data and communicate summaries to a variety of
stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and able to manage
multiple projects at a time.
- Demonstrates strong judgment, critical thinking, and
problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Strategic planning, establishing and meeting timelines, and
project management skills.
- Budget management experience or related experience.
- Demonstrated collaboration experience working
cross-functionally as a team to achieve common objectives.
- Collaborates effectively with Distribution, Patient Services,
National Account Directors, Marketing, Business Operations,
Finance, Compliance, and Legal.

- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the

- WORK ENVIRONMENT: The noise level in the work environment is
usually moderate. Limited travel may be required (e.g., business
