Job Description:
A company is looking for a French & English Customer Experience
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via email, phone, or chat with pre-sales queries,
order support, and product feature explanations
Provide troubleshooting assistance for the app, frame, and WiFi
connectivity issues
Administer warranty support and manage product returns while
representing the voice of the customer
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience in a similar support
environment
Bilingual (Native French/Fluent English) to support customers in
both markets
Experience with customer service software, preferably Zendesk
Availability during weekends and holidays during peak seasons
Must have indefinite leave to remain and work in the UK
