Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - Product
Learning to create comprehensive learning experiences for their
SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop training programs across various modalities
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and
opportunities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to align learning
objectives with business goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology,
or related field; Master's degree preferred
3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a
SaaS or technology environment
Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional
design models
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management
Systems
Experience with LMS content implementation and optimization
