Together, let's advance the world of minimally invasive care.Job Description*Candidates must live or be willing to relocate to Sunnyvale, CA for this role.Primary Function of PositionThe Operations Specialist will manage logistics and operational projects for the Commercial Enablement organization. This role will interface frequently with stake holders to delivery high quality logistics, process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop plans for travel for Commercial Enablement programs including but not limited to: flights, hotel, transportation, VISA requirements and more.Work with Travel Agency to provide seamless process for travelers, while maintaining close attention to costProactively analyze cost and seek opportunities to reduce spendOptimize attendee list processManage programs: forecasting, scheduling, and reserving systems / trainers, and other program supportEnsure adequate administrative needs for all programsEffectively manage the forecasting of attendees, capacity constraints, and budget for all department needsQualificationsSkill / Job RequirementsMinimum Bachelor's degree requiredAt least 10+ years of professional work experience, in operations required or has been an Operational Specialist or related department for a minimum of 2 yearsAdditional InformationDue to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
