seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Finance
organization. This role will focus on developing a robust revenue
and OPEX data infrastructure to automate reporting and forecasting,
identifying gaps within current processes, and improving them using
large data models and AI. The ideal candidate will be adept at
working on multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional
stakeholders, and driving efficiency through automation. What
you'll do:
- Work closely with teams across Finance, Sales and BizOps to
develop cutting-edge/automated forecasting methodologies that will
enable us to constantly improve the rigor behind revenue
forecasting.
- You will help drive the development of new signals and leading
indicators that will enable us to see around the corner and
increase velocity of decision-making as it relates to revenue
management.
- You will build upon existing revenue models with the goal of
improving the UX for the sales finance business partners and
dramatically reduce the time to update said models.
- You will need to author and optimize advanced SQL queries and
scripting libraries, and implement advanced statistical
methodologies.
- You will also be expected to handle executive-level ad hoc and
complex analytical projects that can drive business impact. What
we're looking for:
- Requires 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's or
Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent
experience.
- Strong skills in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL
are essential. Experience with data mining techniques and tools is
also important
- Experience in managing and leading data science projects,
including scoping, planning, and executing projects with
cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights and technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This includes creating
detailed technical documentation and presenting findings.
